We've Got Stitches :(((/ good news all in one night!

We'll only 18 1/2 months old and we are now in the ER getting Stitches. poor baby girl just breaks my heart so much. We have steps that lead into the bathtub and there was a towel in her way and she tripped on the towel and cut the top of her eye right under her eyebrow. Blood was just gushing so I knew that we needed to get her to see if they needed stitches.
I was right, but I will never go back to Kell west for sure, those doctors and nurses just lolly gagged around like we stumped our toed or something and it wasn't a big deal. I was so furious and on top of that she was screaming crying in pain. We were the only people there I just felt so sorry for her.
Finally, they came in and the only way to contain her was they wrap her up in a pillow case its like swaddling a newborn baby she HATED it! :( and she was sweating so badly in there I took her shirt off. just a nightmare my heart was broken I wanted to take it away from her but couldn't and it just makes you sad to see your children in so much pain.

But...... the night ended good actually we think she was so sleepy and delusional because it was so very late, that when we were leaving the hospital I said 'hi Josie' just randomly and out of know where she says "hi" and it has never stopped yet! we have had confirmation even from her speech therapist that she is saying hi!! a mother and father cant be more happier in the world to here her talk.
