     On Jan 298th Saturday I woke Josie up at 7 like usual and fed her a bottle and she threw up, so I knew something was wrong, then at 9 I put her down for her 9 o'clock nap on a bottle and she slept 2 hrs like normal. Then I woke her up and then I fed her a bottle like normal when I woke her up and she threw up the 9oclock bottle. So from then on she didn't eat all day long and she wanted to just sleep I was getting really worried by the late afternoon.
     So, around 6 we went to the ER i was thinking that she was De hydrated because she hasn't be eating or drinking anything and she had just been sleeping. So when we got there they said that the soft spot on the top of a babies head if it caves in that means that a baby is De hydrated, so I learned something new.
     She wasn't De hydrated she was fine they gave her pedilyte and she had to drink that for the next couple of days to stay hydrated and then about the 3rd day we do half pedilyte and half milk. Today she is doing great and feeling great and she is drinking full force milk 5 oz I am so happy she is feeling better, we were on Similic fussiness and Gas but Dr. Sultimier changed her to Similac Complete on Monday to help her poop better. Everything else is just going great. She weighs 9Lbs 11oz she is just getting bigger and bigger each day.

The other night we did bath time together I went first and washed my hair and then Miss. Josie went and she just loves bath time. We were letting her splash and play she is crazy. We had to get some good Pictures after bath time.

Christmas 2011

We had a great Christmas together Josie asked Santa for a Pink Princess rocking chair and he brought it for my baby she was so excited (hahaha) all she wanted to do was eat and sleep after that. Mom and dad always have the best Christmas's, we went and stayed there Christmas eve and went to Chris's dads on Christmas day every body had wonderful holidays . Merry Christmas!!

Happy 2012 my baby girl is 3 months January 5th its so crazy how much she has grown up already I feel like I was just in the hospital having the worlds worst contractions(ok ok I was just at a 2 but hey it was horrible) she is just the best gift ever and I cant wait to walk through her journey of life with her.

Schedule: we have her on a Schedule and she has been doing so excellent on it, she set the bedtime herself its so neat to know that babies set their own bedtime. She goes to bed every night at 8:30 and it started about a week ago that she hasn't missed that time.

Morning nap we do 9-11
afternoon nap we do 1-3
we are still working hard on those we still kinda struggle staying on top of those, but for the most part she is doing excellent.

She now loves to Laugh and she is starting to coo at you when something really catches her eye and its funny. That is the neatest thing when she laugh it just makes me laugh with her so hard.
I go to pick her up from moms or come home and she sees me and she just has the biggest smile ever, it just makes a person feel so loved.

She has her 4 month checkup next so not really for sure how much she weighs but I'm thinking 8 something. she is wearing 0-3 months clothes some newborn clothes. It will be real exciting to see her in all the clothes she got at the baby shower.

We still buy similac fussiness and gas and do the bag bottles and have yet to have a colic baby that stopped with us when we changed the formula and started using bag bottles. It is really time consuming with a hungry baby to push the air out but it is so worth it trust me.

On Saturday Josie started getting a bad cough, and then constant sneezing and cant really breath out of her nose its the saddest thing in the world for a newborn to have to go through this. Dr. Sultemier said she is to little to be on meds so we are putting baby rub on her chest and humidifier ,prayer and LOVE!!

Josie is Growing so fast she weighs 8 pounds and 20 inches long, she does so good on tummy time and learning to lift her head and being so strong.

These Girls will be best cousins and BEST FRIENDS FOREVER, literally 3yrs apart and 1 hr and 29 mins( hahahaha)

We cant forget about my other babies bella, and Dakota. They have been the best sisters since Josie has arrived here. Everytime Josie cries they follow her and wonder whats wrong, and will just lay by her side until she is calm and happy. They like to lay in the living room by her swing and just be close. Im so happy we have awsome dogs.

Well, the other night I went to Hobby Lobby and got some props and just started playing with Josie under the tree and it was the funnest thing ever. I gave her a bottle and then put a little heater right beside us and she was just a little toasty little girl. It is so fun having a newborn during the Holidays she is my everything. Here are the cute little pictures that I did while she was sleeping.

She was way to relaxed I had to push her up and under, her legs. She likes to sprawl out now it was just the funniest thing ever. hahaha that room felt way to warm and her tummy was really full.

BACK FRIDAY! 2011

Well, here is how it went I was at Target at 6:30pm Thursday night I was about 20th in line I was heading for a Camera that was $99.99. I GOT IT!! After that we headed to best buy I got the Apple Iphone4 deal for $99.00. I GOT IT!!! Then I met up with Crystal and Jodi in Toys R Us and we shopped in there some I got Josie Your Baby Can Read for Christmas and I Got her This Princess pink rocking Chair at Kirklands that Santa is going to Bring her Its the Cutest think in the world. We were at Jerry's Scoreboard at 8:30 to get half off Northfaces I GOT IT!!! I was so excited I cant really tell the rest it is Christmas presents, so all in all it was a GREAT BLACK FRIDAY and LOOOOOONNNNG!!!!

Well, we had we had went to the walk-in-clinic a couple weeks ago to see why Josie cry's at night and what it might be. The doctor said that it is probley signs of colic. The only thing you really can do is swaddle and hold tight but and walk the house, I order this DVD called"The happiest baby on the block" everybody says its just amazing and it teaches your baby how to sleep to. I was all over that. Heck might as well try everything. Well, Monday Chris called Dr. Sultiemier again to ask maybe if we could try changing formula and see if that could help her stomach, and it turns out that she needed to be off that Enfimil 22 cal. a long time ago cause it was just fatty milk, so now and she weighs 7'8 almost 8 and the doctor thinks she is lactose intolerant and so he put her on Similac Fussiness and Gas it is for babies he said not to jump to conclusions on that but it could be that she cant handle milk. It has been almost 2 full days and she has been the happiest baby in the world and last night was our first night and she went to bed at 8:45 and woke up at 1:30am I was so in shock she just is in so much relief that she can sleep now good. So, we will see what tonight holds and we hope that we have another great night.

It is so sad my poor baby has had gas for awhile and she hurts in her tummy, we have her on grip water so it helps her ease it out and, and she also doesn't really know how to have a bowel movement so we have to give her whats called pedilax it helps her poop. She fills up about 2 diapers it makes me so sad for my baby. She gets off this premature formula at 4 months and next month she gets off the Iron that he has her on and that is suppose to make her constipated he said so that will be a big relief when she is off that. Some tips he has giving us for her upset tummy are basically her car seat, put on the washer, or ride around in the car. Those are the top ideas to calm her tummy.

Last Sunday Chris's mom came in to town for a week to stay and see miss Josie and do some visiting, she just had a blast. Each day it seemed like we planned or did something together it was fun. At night we all would watch movies together or we were going through our Christmas stuff doing fun things until Chris got home at 11:00. Here is some fun pictures of Nana with her baby Josie.

1st Paducah Trip

This past weekend Chris, me, Savannah, and Mom loaded up to go see Gamma(which is my mamma). We went to church with her, it was her 1st time to get to meet Josie she was so excited to finally meet her. Another exciting thing happened is that Jerry was there so we got to take pictures with him. I got my strawberry blonde hair from him and we believe that josie has strawberry blonde hair to, and she got it from me. She will be the 3rd generation baby to carry it on it is such a exciting thing. JOSIE'S BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENTS

1 month checkup

Today we went to Dr. Sultimier's for our 1 month check up. Here is how everything went, She weighs 6lbs 7oz and is 18 3/4 in long she is going to be a tall girl I have a feeling. She is just doing great gaining weight and getting bigger each day. She will get off her preemie formula at 4 months old and can get on whatever formula we decide for her is best. She can eat and sleep whatever she wants now she doesn't have to have just 2oz anymore. He said that she comes back at 2 months and he will check her iron levels and see if she has to stay on her iron medican, I sure hope not because that is making her constipated and its very sad. So, all in all everything is perfect she is growing and getting healthier by the day.

I cant believe it my baby firl is 1 month old. It seems like we were just in the hospital having her. My oh my how does time fly. Today is tues the 8th and my due date was the 10th. I am so happy that I have had her and am not 40 wks miserable in the bed and very very large person right now and have to go through labor and I have all that behind me. hahahah She has accomplished so much in 1 month, she now eats her whole bottle and sucks it dry. I am happy to say that last night was the first night she slept 6 hrs. I was so happy for her. Then she slept 4 hrs again after her bottle so all in all me and chris got around 10 hrs of sleep NEVER has that happened before lets just hope that it continues and she gets better at her sleeping. She is just growing and growing each and every day we are so very blessed to have her in our lives.

We have been playing dress up lately, she is kinda getting a little bigger so we are finding things she can fit into,But not all things are fitting and its killing me with a closet filled to the brim. My Babyshower 10/1/11

     This was my baby shower on Oct 1st,2011 one of the most exciting days of my life. I was 341/2 wks pregnant. My shower started at 10 that morning and Savannah's 3rd birthday was at 4 that afternoon it was a very busy busy Saturday. I had the best best shower ever. I had tons of friends and family come in, its just so exciting that people come in to celebrate and put the attention to you and your new baby.
     I also couldn't of asked for better sisters that day they are everything to me and more.
They other thing, My hostess were just amazing they were just great. I love y'all so much for taking your time out and helping and decorating for my baby shower for my sweet Josie Leigh. The food and drinks and decorations were just amazing.
     I just want to say my older sister did alot for me on my shower she is amazing and I couldn't thank her enough for everything she did that morning. Love you lots crystal!

My Princess Room

I haven't yet even posted her princess room and the pictures of how beautiful Carol Johnson made her bedding and Curtains. She is just amazing I love her tons thank you carol for such a wonderful and beautiful baby girl room. She has started taking naps in her crib she is doing better and better each night of becoming use to her bed. She is our sweet baby girl.

I love this hutch it is just perfect and when I dont change her anymore on here I will just take that off her hutch and just put picfture frames and just decorations. It is just perfect for when she grows up to keep.

Whats Sleep??

Well, so far me and Chris decided to stay up together at night it was just to hard to see one sleeping and one rocking. This is our little Josie's Leigh's schedule at 1 month old. She eats during the day every 2-4 hrs and sleeps during the day she has her days and nights still mixed up. :( She is actually doing alot better though. At around 8 or 9 o'clock she is on her own she tells us when she is hungry and she usually goes 3- 4 hrs till she needs feeding again. She also is just eating 2oz though so she will need to wake up to always eat. We see Dr. Sultimier on wed. for check up and weight so we will see if she can eat more or just stay the same.

I am just in love with them she is awesome and does a excellent job. My Josie Leigh will be 1 month Today on the 5th, it is so crazy I feel like my water just broke and we were heading to the hospital or not even that I feel like I just got the awesome news that I am pregnant I cant believe how fast its gone. Peace of advice that I have learned as a new mother always treasure each and every minute and second because life will pass in a blink of a eye.

Well, the umbilical cord fell out, and guess what we are in love with and we are only 3 1/2 wks old. She just sits and relaxes just like she is at the spa. She is so funny I just love her to death.

She didn't much like this bath cause we woke her up from her nap time to get bath time and ready for bed. We are working hard on schedules even though we are almost 1 month old.

Oct 10th,2011 we got to bring our baby girl Josie home it was the best 5 Yr Anniversary gift to each other we could ever have possibly wanted. She weighed 5.3 and 17in long and eating so great on her own, beautiful red hair and blue eyes, she is a image of me and chris put together.

Thank you all to who prayed and brought our baby girl home safe and fast! God is great!

New Beginnings Oct 5th, 2011

On Oct 4th I went to bed around 9:00 and I woke up and thought something wasnt right so I called the doctor and he said everything was fine and that I was going through what was normal. So, I went back to bed and Crutcher is at work he gets off at 11:00 every night from work. I woke up at excactly 11:00 and my water had broke,(talk about a GOD thing) so I called my mom and sister they got there with in seconds it seemed liked and Chris got there in 5 min. from the SAFB and we went straight to the hospital. The funny thing is that that night was my last night of birthing class(hahaha), hey good thing I made it through that. So, they ended up having to do a Emergency c-section on me and since I was 5 wks early and Josie was brech to, but I was dilalated to a 2 before I had any drugs and was having contractions and it was awful just awful pain.You women that have either done it normal or all the way to your epidural I award you cause yall are awsome. So that c-section was looking pretty good.
Well, I am getting all ready and on the table and Chris cant come in while I am getting anistitia. After they give me the shot then he can come in, which I dont understand that at all. He was all in he clothes ready for his baby girl to come meet him. He is one very PROUD dad!

We are ready to see our baby girl, and it is almost time they have started and they should have her out with in 2 min. or less. With in seconds it felt like of pulling I heard the most beautiful sound I have been wanting to hear forever....... Born Oct 5th,2011 @1:29 am 5lb 10oz 17 in long
JUST BEAUTIFUL! God is just amazing and wonderful thankyou lord for my beautiful baby girl, but it looks like she wanted to stay in there. hahaha

The Beginning of our New Journey

March 1st,2011 was a stressful but amazing day! I had been at work all day waiting on Dr.Pressons office to call me to see if I was pregnant or not. Around 11:00 I get a call and the sweetest lady answered and she told me the best news I ever wanted to hear! YOUR PREGNANT! I started crying on the phone then kinda phasing in and out like oh my gosh type stuff( hahah) Then I just wanted Crutcher so bad but he was all the way at work. Well, I am still working so I just am in shock kinda/Happiness the rest of the day. I finally take my lunch hour and call Chris he had been waiting and texting me freaking out and i didn't want to text it to him I wanted to tell him!! He said, "Are you serious I cant believe it I'm going to be a DAD!!" I just started tearing up after that and I said yes, and I'm going to be a Mom!! :)

Well, then I couldn't wait to tell my family, so we all met at Crystals house and they were just as happy as could be we talked and already started planning that night! God has really blessed me and Chris in a way that is indescribable.

Now, I am off to my first doctors appointment and im going to get a sono, the best thing ever is seeing my baby!!
